The Name
Part of our main building was a 19th Century tavern called the Blue Donkey Inn. The reason for the pub name is a subject of local folklore. We thought it imaginative and memorable and decided to retain it for our company.

The History
The company was founded in 1997 as a direct result of a need arising from predominantly high-technology companies in Cambridge for a professional telephone marketing function that could be used to extend and supplement their in-house resources. We have experienced fast consistent growth over the past four years and have in fact doubled turnover year on year.

The Team
Managed by three principals who between them have over 40 years experience in telemarketing, training, Information technology and marketing. We currently have a network of Hi-Tech workstations and work with over 100 different databases. We have a recruitment policy that aims to bring well-educated, professional and enthusiastic people into the business.

The Idea
