What is telephone marketing?

How would you understand the context of our company activity?
We take the time to make sure that we understand your company, its products and services, your customers and the market environment. We often begin a project by undertaking a 100-hour pilot test that will provide a great deal of information in itself, but also acts an excellent indicator of how the project should proceed.

We are fiercely unscripted. Although much of our work requires particular questions we weave these questions into the intelligent two-way dialogue that we endeavour to have on every call we make.

As members of the DMA we abide by the most stringent rules of the industry. We are registered under the Data Protection Act and are currently working towards the new global quality standard ISO 9001:2000.
