commitment to developing each and every individual
to their full potential was recognised at this year's
Newmarket Business Association awards presentation
and dinner on Friday, 19th November.
On
this occasion, the award-winning company received
the Employee
Development Award, sponsored by the Suffolk Learning
and Skills Council. The judges considered: evidence
of commitment to bring out the best in people, how
staff are motivated or encouraged, how staff development
is evaluated, communication throughout the organisation
and staff recognition and awards.

a unique "skills matrix" developed in-house
by our own CIPD
training resource, we can break down individuals'
skills, and measure
their contribution and performance and coach them
accordingly. We can train individuals or whole teams
to hone and fine-tune the family of skills required
to do the job outstandingly.", explains Robbie
